Birth Doula Offerings

As your doula, I can provide support in a variety of settings, including hospitals, birth centers, and at home.

Before the birth

  • Free Initial Consultation 

  • 3 Prenatal visits to understand your wishes, concerns, and expectations for your birth. These visits also discuss options, comfort techniques, birth plan preparation, and recovery during the postpartum period.

  • 24/7 On-call status two weeks before your estimated due date until you have your baby  


During the Birth

  • Providing continuous emotional and physical support during labor. I can meet you at your home, a birth center, or the hospital.

  • Use of non-medical methods for comfort and relaxation, such as massage, visualization techniques, and positioning guidance.

  • Assist in making informed decisions regarding the care being received

  • Immediate postpartum and breastfeeding support 

After the birth 

  • One to two postpartum visits within the first month after birth.

  • Access to support via email/text/phone with questions or concerns

  • Belly binding available upon request for a special discounted rate of $50.
